TDRFActivities
The TDRF activities are done to make our nation as powerful as to face easily any disaster anywhere in the country. Till now we have conducted around 150 camps in and around Yavatmal district of maharashtra. we are planning in future to serve far remote areas of India viz. Arunachal Pradesh through schools and colleges in the state. we are exclusively focusing on the "youth of India" through degree/engineering colleges, NCC, NSS, Scout to instill the feeling of nationality, obedience, national & cultural pride and discipline. "Target Disaster Responce Force" is so blessed by God and citizens of India as they are successfull in all activities and operation done in the lifespan.
Operation Suraj
On January 31, 2015, a 2-year-old boy(Suraj) was fell in a 50-feet deep ridge of borewell in Nignur village in Umarkhed taluka of Yavatmal district in the state of Maharashtra. That the TDRF team responsed quick to the incident and planned to do Operation Suraj and with the great efforts the TDRF team saved Suraj. While Operation is going on, Mr. Rajendra Najardhane,MLA,Umarkhed & Mr. Deepak Singla (IAS),SDM Umarked was taking the follow of this operation on ground and motivating the TDRF team for the operation.
Uttarakhand
In June 2013, due to the disaster that occurred in Uttarakhand, there was a large number of live was lost and in life-threatening condition people are living there. Soon, Harishchandra Badrinath Rathod teamed up with the team of TDRF to reach the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand and to save the lives of the people and provided free help to homeless people by distributing food items, medicines and essential items.
Youth Training
The TDRF gives an training on Disaster Management to Teachers & Students at Swami Vivekanand Vidyalaya, Palshi,Tq. Umarkhed Dist. Yavatmal. This training has been done in keeping in mind that this will help Students and Teachers to be ready for any emergency which can happen due to Disaster.
