
Harishchandra Narmada Badrinath Rathod
Founder & Director TDRF(Target Disaster Response Force)
Harishchandra Badrinath Rathod was born on 9th May 1983 in a farmer family of village Chandapur in Yavatmal district (in a small village).
In college life, he participated in the National Cadet Corps(NCC) and studied military training lessons. From then onwards, he decided to work for nationalism, national security and nation affairs. He received the Best Firer from the Riffle Shooting Competition in Pratap Training Organization during training, in the military training camp in Army Training Center at Kamathi in the Guard Regiment, which is a very important place in the Indian Army. Later, in the border area of Jammu and Kashmir, he studied border areas of Indo-Pakistan and took military training at NIC Camp.
Harishchandra Rathod, during the pre-preparatory training of Republic Day in 2004, during the training process for the election of Republic Day Pared, In December 26, 2004, due to the Great Disaster Destruction, Tsunami, many lives and many of the victims were homeless. Lots of lives have gone. Indian soldiers in Tsunami were working rescue operations all day long.
At the same time, Harishchandra Badrinath Rathod, in order to prevent the loss of life and financial loss, he helped people by saving the lives of citizens by resorting to preventive action at the national level, not only at the national level, but also in the natural and man-made disaster, at the same time, in view of the reflection of any force or mechanism to protect the citizens in the emergency situation in our country Harsihchandra Rathod decided to form the organization.
During the training, Harishchandra Badrinath Rathod chose the Slithring of the Commando for the Prime Minister Rally. After participating in the PM rally, he was elected to the Tea Party on the PM House for his outstanding and courageous performance.
He was awarded a qualification certificate from the Director General of the National Cadet Corps(DG NCC) for his outstanding performance.
At that time, on December 26, 2004, India had to face a major disaster like Tsunami. There was a large number of live and collapse in this Tsunami. In February 2005 Harishchandra Badrinath Rathod returned home from Delhi. In such a case, Harishchandra Badrinath Rathod remembered that the solution to set up an organization that will create disaster is incomplete. Immediately, he developed this concept and founded a disaster response force.
Harishchandra Badrinath Rathod adopted the different subjects of Disaster management, He started giving training in disaster management with different disciplines to people.
In the meantime, in June 2013, due to the disaster that occurred in Uttarakhand, there was a large number of live was lost and in life-threatening condition people are living there. Soon, Harishchandra Badrinath Rathod teamed up with the team of TDRF to reach the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand and to save the lives of the people and provided free help to homeless people by distributing food items, medicines and essential items.
Due to matchless work done by Harishchandra Rathod, he was honored in the Gaurav Samaroh organized by Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha at Delhi by Altamas Kabir, Chief Justice of the then Supreme Court of India.
On January 31, 2015, a 2-year-old boy (Suraj) fell into a hole in the borewell in Nignur village in Umarkhed taluka of Yavatmal district. Harishchandra Badrinath Rathod took the child out of the hole with a tireless efforts of 14 hours after being in dire straits.
